I used to freeze in work meetings until I learnt these simple tips...
It felt terrible, I knew my stuff, even practiced it but something would trigger flight or fight and I just couldn't find the words on the spot.
Thankfully, through a lot of trial and error, I've worked out how to deal with it. It's been ages since it happened, but I remember it so clearly.
You'll be amazed when you learn what the tips are!
On this webinar we will discuss what to do when you freeze in group situations, how to prevent it happening and what to do when it does.
The only requirements to attend are that you please have your audio and camera on so we can all communicate effectively. If you need to turn it off during the call, that's totally ok but we do not accept silent no faces on the webinar and they will be removed, so please don't join if you aren't ok with this!
