There's nothing wrong having a drink, but if you're relying on it to be social, you could be holding yourself back.
I used to drink a lot! Especially when I went out...
Then one day I decided the hangovers were getting a bit old, so I thought of doing a little experiment...
This is going back more than a good 10 years now, but I remember it very clearly.
Made a challenge for myself to go out for 4 weekends in a row, alone, without alcohol.
It was a bit nerve racking at the time but manage to do it.
What I learnt about humans (me included) will absolutely blow your mind!
On this webinar we will discuss how to go out without relying in alcohol as a social lubricant.
The only requirements to attend are that you please have your audio and camera on so we can all communicate effectively. If you need to turn it off during the call, that's totally ok but we do not accept silent no faces on the webinar and they will be removed, so please don't join if you aren't ok with this!
